Seventh Anniversary of the Great Lawl Reich

Today marks the seventh anniversary of the independence of the Great Lawl Reich. There has been recent developments in the Great Lawl Reich.

On January 30, 2020, elections for the position of Council Member of the Micronational Assembly were held. Nine candidates ran for Council Member. Delegates in the Micronational Assembly were allowed to vote for up to five candidates. The election ended at around 6:00 PM (EST) on January 31, 2020 , and the results of the election were:

Emperor Anthony I of Saspearian - 9 votes (56.3%) - Elected
Tsar Stefan I of the Great Lawl Reich - 9 votes (56.3%) - Elected
President Edward of Delphia - 8 votes (50%) - Elected
President Isaac of Tueoedeth - 4 votes (25%) - Later disqualified due to kicking people from the MA Discord server
Prince Matthew I of Runnymede - 10 votes (62.5%) - Elected
Leader Diamiter of the Jewel Republic - 10 votes (62.5%) - Elected 
Keliak - 1 vote (6.3%)
Slobovia - 2 votes (12.3%) 
Mensa Ann - 1 vote (6.3%)

The top five most voted candidates were elected to the position of Council Member. Both Tsar Stefan I and Emperor Anthony I were reelected. The recently elected Council Members then went and vote for one of the Council Members to be elected Chairman of the Micronational Assembly. The results of the Chairman election were:

Tsar Stefan I of the Great Lawl Reich - 3 votes - Elected 
Emperor Anthony I of Saspearian - 1 votes

Tsar Stefan I of the Great Lawl Reich was reelected as Chairman after receiving majority of the votes.
The results of the elections went into effect on February 1, 2021 at 12:00am (EST).

On January 31, 2021, the Reunited Ocean States declared war on the Great Lawl Reich. The reason they cite is the concern of the expansion of the Great Lawl Reich in Rhode Island. The Aleunnic Workers' Republic and Tueoedeth would declare war on the Great Lawl Reich the same day for different reasons. On February 2, 2021, Faltree declared war on the Great Lawl Reich. Currently, nothing major occurred due to poor weather.
