South Pacific Territory Act. Proposed and Signed

Here are the statements:

• The Great Lawl Reich annexes a small area of international waters.
• The annexed territory becomes an overseas territory of the Great Lawl Reich and named The Great Lawl Reich Southern Pacific Territory.
•  The territorial waters of the new territory cannot expand the water area, unless a new island is formed, which is off-centered form the center of the territory.
• The territorial water cannot be decreased.
• Most laws applied to the Great Lawl Reich also applies to the Great Lawl Reich Southern Pacific Territory, and some laws only apply to the Great Lawl Reich Southern Pacific Territory.
• The Territory is governed by the Government of the Great Lawl Reich. 
• The Governor of the Great Lawl Reich Southern Pacific Territory is appointed by the Prime Minister and the Tsar of the Great Lawl Reich.
